AFAT Quant AI — Support

AFAT Quant AI is a members-only iPhone app that presents quantitative market information: market breadth, asset-class comparison and 24-hour moves across a monitored set of instruments. It is information only. It does not place orders, connect to a brokerage or give investment advice.

We can help with signing in, your account, password resets, authenticator problems and anything in the app that isn't working as expected.

Please include your account email and a short description of the problem. Never send your password or an authenticator code.

Account and sign-in

• Accounts. Accounts are issued to AFAT members. There is no public sign-up in the app.
• Sign-in needs your email, your password and a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
• Forgotten password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset code by email. Resetting your password signs you out on every device.
• Lost authenticator. If you've lost access to your authenticator app, contact us at the address above.
• Signing out everywhere. Use Settings → Account & Security → Sign out all devices.

Troubleshooting

• "Couldn't load market data". Check your connection and pull down to refresh. Market data is reference pricing refreshed periodically, not a real-time feed.
• "24-hour change data isn't available". This can happen briefly while the market snapshot catches up; it clears by itself.
• Sign-in code rejected. Make sure your phone's time is set automatically, then use a fresh code.
• App lock. AFAT Quant AI requires Face ID to open. Where supported, iOS lets you use your iPhone passcode instead. The lock can't be turned off in this version. If unlocking fails, check that Face ID or a passcode is set up in iOS Settings.
